The conversation you keep not having. First week free, no card. Start talking

Say it here first.

The thing you haven’t found a way to say to them goes to your guide, and stops there. Not summarised, not hinted at, never shown to your partner.

Start tonight, on your own. They don’t have to be ready.

Your first week is free, and it starts with your first message, not the day you sign up.

This is not therapy, and here is where the line is

A product in this territory should be extremely clear about what it is not. So: what Coupleship does, what it does not, and when to close it and call someone.

What it is
A subscription app. A shared room with a guide that works from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, a daily question, and a private line.
What it is not
There are no human counsellors, no appointments, no diagnosis, no treatment plan and no clinical care. Nobody here is licensed to treat you, and we do not claim to be.
What it will not do
It will not label either of you, score your relationship, or tell you whether to stay. It describes patterns, never people.
When to reach for something else
If there is violence, if someone is being controlled or frightened, if either of you is thinking about self-harm, or if you are in acute distress, close this and talk to a person. Those numbers are always one tap away, customer or not.
It will tell you itself
The guide is built to notice signals of danger, stop the normal flow, respond only to the person concerned, and point them to professional help, without ever surfacing it in front of their partner.

Can this replace couples counselling?

No, and it is not trying to. It is designed for the ordinary evenings between the moments that matter. If you are working with a therapist, this sits alongside that.

The next quiet evening is coming.

You need somewhere to say the true thing tonight, and someone on the other end who knows the story.
