Questions about money

What exactly is free?
Your first week, all of it: every question, the relationship profile, your space. Reading everything you have written stays free forever, week or no week.
A question closed before we answered it. Did we lose one?
No. A question that goes three days without either of you writing closes on its own and stays closed, but nothing is counted against you. The free week is time, not a number of questions.
When does the free week start?
The moment you write your first message, not when you sign up. Register tonight, come back in a fortnight, and the week starts then. It is one week per room, so a partner joining later does not restart it.
Do we both pay?
No. One subscription covers the room, whichever of you buys it.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your guide stops replying and no new questions open. Everything already written stays readable, and if you write about violence, abuse or hurting yourself, you are still shown where to get help.
