Terms of service

Coupleship is a guided, asynchronous software tool for couples. It is not therapy, not a medical or crisis service, and does not replace professional care. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or the lines on our resources page.

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Use Coupleship respectfully. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access others’ data, or use it to harass or harm anyone.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the current period. Your first week is free, counted from your first message. See our refund policy.

What you write stays yours. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).

Coupleship is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it helpful and available, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes for your relationship.
